Overview

Aryeo makes it simple for clients to activate their Customer Portal account, which they will use to view their past listings and orders, create marketing materials, customize their property websites, and more! Whether they place an order online or receive a listing delivery for the first time, Aryeo ensures they get access to their customer portal.


When Do Clients Receive an Account Activation Link?

Clients can activate their accounts in two primary ways:

During Online Checkout

If a client is placing an order online with your company for the first time, they will be prompted to activate their account during the checkout process.

Upon First Listing Delivery

If a client contacts you directly (outside the order form) and you create the order manually, they will receive an account activation link via email when you deliver their first listing.

This email includes a button to activate their account (View screenshot below).


What Happens After Activation?

Once the client activates their account, they’ll gain full access to your branded Customer Portal, where they can:

  • View and download their listing media

  • Access their order history and appointments

  • Place new orders directly through your storefront

FAQ

Q: What if my client didn’t receive the activation email?

A: Ask them to check their spam/junk folder. You can also resend the listing delivery, which will trigger another activation email if they haven't already activated their account.

Q: Can I activate the account on behalf of the client?

A: No, for security reasons, the client must click the activation link and set up their own password.

Q: Will clients need to activate their account every time?

A: No, account activation is a one-time process. After activating, clients can log in anytime using their email and password.
