Overview
This article walks you through how to add individual agents to your Customer Center in Aryeo, and includes an option for importing multiple customers at once if needed.
How to Add a New Customer
Navigate to the Customers page, on the left-hand side menu.
Click the Add Customer button.
Enter the agent’s details, including:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Company or brokerage name (optional)
Profile image (optional)
When finished, click Add Customer to save.
Once added, the agent will be able to receive listings, place new orders, and access their Customer Portal.
Importing Multiple Agents
Need to add several agents at once? You can import a list of customers into Aryeo using a CSV file. This is a great option if you’re onboarding multiple clients from a brokerage or marketing campaign.
FAQ
Q: Will the agent receive a welcome email when added?
A: Aryeo does not automatically send a welcome email when adding a customer manually. You can choose to send them your Customer Portal link separately.
Q: Can I edit customer details later?
A: Yes! Just click on the customer in the Customer Center and select Edit to update their info.
Q: Can I assign listings or orders to an agent immediately after adding them?
A: Absolutely. Once the agent is added, you can assign them to listings and orders.
