This article will show you how to add co-listing agents in Aryeo, allowing both agents to appear on the property website and marketing materials.
How to Add a Co-Listing Agent
Add the co-listing agent as a customer (if they’re not already in your account):
Go to the Customers section of your account.
Click + Add Customer and enter the agent’s details.
Go to the Listings section and open the listing that you want to add the co-listing agent to.
Click the Add Customer button located next to the primary agent’s name.
Search for and select the agent you'd like to add as a co-listing agent.
Ensure the checkbox "Listing agent visible on marketing materials" is checked.
Click Add Customer.
Once added, both agents will automatically appear on the property website and any related marketing materials.
Important Note About Orders
While multiple agents can be associated with a listing, only one customer can be assigned to each order in Aryeo.
If you need each agent to have their own order to pay for specific items:
Create multiple orders for the same listing.
Assign each order to the appropriate customer.

Q: Can both co-listing agents appear on the property website and marketing materials?
A: Yes, as long as both are added as customers to the listing and set to be visible on marketing materials.
Q: Can I assign two agents to one order?
A: No, only one customer can be assigned per order. However, you can create separate orders for each agent on the same listing.
