Overview
Looking to make your listings more accessible and easier to market? Aryeo allows you and your clients to quickly generate a QR code for the branded version of any property website. QR codes are perfect for use on flyers, signs, and open house materials to make it easy for potential buyers to access the listing with a quick scan from their mobile device.
What is a QR Code?
A QR code is a scannable barcode that links directly to a website—in this case, your property website. When scanned with a phone camera, it immediately opens the webpage, helping you drive more engagement and exposure to your listings.
How to Generate a QR Code for a Property Website
Go to the Listing page for the property.
Click the QR Code icon in the top right corner of the page header (next to the social media icons)
An image file of the QR code will automatically download to your browser.
Save the image to your device to use in your marketing materials.
Where to Use the QR Code
Once downloaded, the QR code image can be used in various ways:
Add it to flyers, postcards, or other print materials
Upload it as an image to the listing for easy reference
Include it in emails or digital presentations
Display it at open houses so attendees can scan and revisit the listing later
Customer Access to QR Codes
Your clients can also generate QR codes for their listings by:
Logging into the Customer Portal
Navigating to Listings and clicking on the listing for the property
Clicking the QR Code icon that appears in the top right corner to download it themselves
This makes it easy for agents to incorporate QR codes into their own marketing workflows.
