Overview

Aryeo gives you the option to override the default listing address with a Custom Property Name. This name will appear in the top left corner of the property website, allowing you to brand the listing with a unique title or marketing tagline.

Why Use a Custom Property Name?

Instead of displaying the street address, you can feature:

  • A creative property name (e.g., "Paradise on Earth")

  • A promotional tagline (e.g., "Just Listed!", "Coastal Charm", or "Luxury Living")

This helps elevate your listing presentation and adds a polished, branded touch to your property websites.

How to Add or Edit a Custom Property Name

  1. Navigate to the Listing Page of the property you’d like to update.

  2. Expand the Property Details section.

  3. In the Custom Property Name field, type your preferred name or tagline.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the section or page.

  5. Open the Property Website to preview your changes.

Your custom name will now appear at the top of the website, replacing the address.

FAQ

Q: Can I still show the address elsewhere on the site?

A: Yes! The Custom Property Name only replaces the title at the top—it doesn’t remove the address from other areas of the website or listing page.

Q: Can I remove the custom name later?

A: Absolutely. Just clear the text from the Custom Property Name field and save your changes. The default address will display again.

Q: Will the Custom Property Name show on both branded and unbranded sites?

A: Yes, it appears in the same place on both versions of the property website.
