Updating User Details
It's important to ensure your contact information is up to date so prospective home buyers can get in touch with you. As the listing agent for a property that your photographer has shared with you, your information will be visible on various platforms such as Property Websites and other marketing materials.
Personal Information
Update your personal account details by logging in to your Customer Portal. to Settings > User Details. Here you can update details like your user name, phone number, email address, timezone, profile photo, and reset your password.
Add a Profile Photo (Avatar)
Adding your headshot ensures that your profile photo is represented on property websites. Drag and drop or upload a file directly from your device to update your profile photo!
Real Estate License Number
You may also add your RE license number to be displayed in the contact information on property websites to comply with local MLS Rules & Regulations below the personal details section in "Group Details".
These changes will only affect your profile - none of your team member's or your company's settings will be updated.
