Need to make changes to a customer’s profile? This article will walk you through how to edit contact details, profile information, and settings for any agent in your Customer Center in Aryeo.
How to Edit a Customer’s Information
Go to the Customers tab from the left-hand menu in your Aryeo account.
Find the customer you want to update and click the Edit button next to their name.
On the customer’s profile page, you can view and make changes to any of the following:
Details - Update name, phone number, and email.
Customer Teams - Upload a new headshot or logo.
Billing - Add or change their Instagram, Facebook, and other links.
Settings - Adjust customer-specific settings that affect their portal experience or notifications.
Listings - View all of the agent's individual listings.
Orders - View all of the agent's individual orders.

Details Page
On the Details page, you will be able to view some up-front information for this customer such as:
Below the customer's quick stats, you will be able to view and update the following:
Customer Details - This is where you can adjust the customer's contact information.
Custom Fields - Any custom fields that you have created in the Custom Fields settings can be filled out here.
Social Media Profiles - These profiles will be displayed on marketing materials and landing pages throughout the system.
Internal Customer Notes - Add internal notes about your customer that you and your team can view. Your customer's cannot see these notes.
Booking Settings - This setting will allow you to block specific customers from placing orders on your order forms.
Prevent Booking with Specific Photographers - Select which photographers this customer will be prevented from scheduling appointments with.
Password Reset - This allows you to send your customer a password reset email.
Customer Teams Page
The Customer Teams page in the customer's profile will allow you to easily view the Customer Teams that this customer is apart of as well as add them to any new teams.
Billing Page
Manage billing details such as:
Payment Cards - Add or remove payment methods you have saved on file for your customers.
Credit Balance - Manage the available balance for your customer's. Customer's with a credit balance can use those credits to pay for new orders.
User Pricing Plan Override - Apply a pricing plan override to this individual user. This pricing plan will be used instead of the plan assigned to any customer team they are apart of.
Settings Page
Update additional settings for your customer such as:
Download Settings - Adjust whether this individual customer is required to pay for their order before downloading content. (Your company's global download settings will be applied by default)
Billing Address - Adjust the billing address for a customer's orders.
Marketing Center Visibility - Control whether an individual customer has access to Aryeo's marketing center within their listings.
Listings Page
View a filtered page of listings that are associated with the individual customer.
Orders Page
View a filtered page of orders that are associated with the individual customer.
FAQ
Q: Will the customer be notified when I update their info?
A: No, customers are not notified when you make changes to their profile.
Q: Can the customer update their own profile?
A: Yes, customers can edit their profile information by logging into their Customer Portal.
Q: Can I delete or remove a customer from my account?
A: While Aryeo does not have a “delete” option, you can archive the customer or simply stop assigning them new listings or orders.
