Follow these steps to make changes to an agent's profile:
On the Dashboard, hit Customers on the left hand side of your page.
Hit View next to the customer you would like to update
Make any changes necessary to their information
Hit Save
On the agent's account details page you can update their contact information, profile image, logo, website and more! You can also invite an agent's team member to their account. Check out this how to guide for more details!
