The Customer Portal in Aryeo is a centralized space for your clients to view their past listings, place new orders, customize marketing materials & property websites, and manage appointments. This article will guide you through the features that clients will be able to view inside your customer portal
How to Share the Customer Portal with Clients
To provide clients access to your Customer Portal:
Go to the Customer Portal section in your Aryeo account.
Copy your Customer Portal link.
Share this link with both new and existing clients via email, your website, or any other communications.
Customer Portal Dashboard View
Once logged in, your clients will land on a dashboard that looks similar to your Photographer Account view, but with limited menu options. From here, they can:
View all of their delivered listings
Access order history and appointments
See any leads collected from property websites
Customize marketing materials
Customize property websites
Download listing media
Customer Portal Menu Sections
Here’s a breakdown of what clients can do inside each menu section:
Listings
View all past listings shared with their account or group
Listings are displayed as property cards, with the most recent at the top
Click on a card to view media, details, or download assets
Orders
View their complete order history
Click any order to:
View order details
Make a payment or download invoices
Review or update appointment information
Place New Order
Customers can place new orders by:
Clicking the Place Order button in the left menu or dashboard
This opens your Order Landing Page in a new tab, where they can choose an order form and proceed
Client Rescheduling (If Enabled)
If allowed in your Aryeo account settings:
Clients can click the Reschedule button
The Reschedule button takes them to a calendar page where they can choose a new time
FAQ
Q: Do clients need to login to access the Customer Portal?
A: Yes, clients can easily log in to your Customer Portal using the link that they will receive with each delivery notification email. We also recommend adding or embedding the link on your website.
Q: Can clients see all listings shared with their team?
A: No, only if they are an Admin on their Customer Team. By default, clients who are not admins can only see listings they are the listing agent for.
