Manage & Customize Your Customer Portal

Learn how to configure and share your Customer Portal to give your clients access to past listings, marketing materials, and much more!

Overview

This article explains what the Customer Portal is, how to configure its settings, and share it with your clients. The portal makes it easy for clients to log in, manage listings, and place new orders—all under your company’s branding.


What Is the Customer Portal?

The Customer Portal is a branded login and registration experience for your clients. With a single link, customers can:

  • Access their past listings and media

  • Create and customize marketing materials and property websites

  • Place new orders


Customize Customer Portal Settings

To begin customizing your portal:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Portal section from the left-hand side panel.

  2. View the Customer Portal Website Settings page.

  3. You can then configure each of the following sections and settings described below.


Appearance & Branding

Under the Appearance & Branding section, you can tailor your portal to reflect your brand:

  • Logo – Replace the Aryeo logo with your business logo.

  • Primary Color – Used for buttons and styling throughout the portal.

  • Primary Font Color – Appears on elements styled with your Primary Color (ensure high contrast).

  • Header Color – Sets the color of the portal's header.

  • Font – Choose the font style for portal text.

  • Aryeo Branding – Toggle visibility of “Powered by Aryeo” in footers and login screens.


Customizing the Sign-In Screen

Personalize the login screen:

  • Portal Sign-In Cover Image – Upload a vertical image to replace the default background.

  • Sign-In Message – Display a custom message to your clients.

  • Show Admin Login – Enable this if you want an admin login option on the portal’s footer.


Customer Portal Settings

Control what features your clients can access in their portals:

  • Allow customers to have team members – Let clients add/manage their own team members. You can still manage their teams from your side regardless of this setting.

  • Allow leads for customers

    • Enabled: “Leads” tab is always visible.

    • Disabled: The tab appears only after the customer receives their first lead.

  • Allow access to interactive floor plan tools – Grants access to edit interactive floor plans (if their listing includes one).

  • Mask video URLs with your company domain
    Converts YouTube/Vimeo links into branded URLs (e.g., yourcompany.com/videos/12453).


Previewing the Customer Portal

Before sharing your portal, preview it to see what your clients will experience:

  1. Copy your Customer Portal link.

  2. Open an incognito/private browser window.

  3. Paste and open the link.

This will allow you to view the portal as a new customer would. You can even test it by creating a dummy customer account using your own name and email.


Sharing the Customer Portal

To make it easy for customers to find and use the portal:

  • Add the Customer Portal link to your website.

  • Share the link directly with clients via email or marketing materials.


Customer Dashboard Experience

After logging in, your clients will see a dashboard similar to yours. They can:

  • View today's orders and appointments

  • Place a new order

  • Access past listings and media


Placing Orders in the Customer Portal

Customer can place a new order inside your customer portal:

  1. Customers can click Place Order from the dashboard.

  2. View all available public Order Forms.

  3. Select the appropriate order form and complete the order process.


FAQ

Q: Can new customers sign up directly from the customer portal?

A: Yes! New customers can create an account from your customer portal or place an order using any public order form available in your account.

Q: Can logged-in customers use the portal link?

A: Absolutely—they’ll be taken straight to the dashboard of their account when using the customer portal link.
