Overview
Creating a professional and branded order form with Aryeo helps build trust with your clients and streamlines the booking process. This guide will walk you through how to customize and stylize your Aryeo order form to align with your business.
Accessing the Designer
Go to the Order Forms section in the left navigation menu.
Click on Edit on an existing order form or click New Order Form to create a new form.
Scroll down to the Designer section.
Click Launch Designer to begin customizing the look and feel of your form.
Customization Options
The Designer tool offers several options to personalize your order form. These are accessible via tabs in the left-hand sidebar.
General Settings
Use this tab to edit the general content and layout of the form:
Change the form title
Show or hide your logo
Add or edit the form description
Appearance
Make your form visually consistent with your brand:
Set your Primary Color (button and accent color)
Adjust the background color
Select your preferred font style
SEO Settings
Improve visibility and search optimization by editing:
Page title
Page description
Image URL (used for link previews)
Adding Custom Fields
Need to gather additional information from clients?
Go to Step 1 or Step 3 of the form builder.
In the sidebar, click View Custom Fields.
Click Add a Field.
Choose the type of field (e.g., text, dropdown, checkbox). Test different field types to find what works best for your needs.
You can enter a title, add selectable options, and placeholder text.
Click Save to keep your changes.
Terms of Service
To require clients to agree to your Terms of Service:
Navigate to Step 5: Confirmation.
Toggle on Require Terms of Service.
You can edit your terms in the Legal section of the Settings page.
Allowing Multiple Quantities
Let clients order multiple quantities of services or add-ons:
Go to Step 2: Services.
Check the box for Allow Quantities.
Click Save, then Save & Exit. This gives clients flexibility to choose how many of each item they need.

A: You can edit your Terms of Service in the Legal section of your account's Settings.
