Overview
This article will guide you through adding custom questions (also called custom fields) to Step 1 and/or Step 3 of your Aryeo order forms. These fields help you collect specific information from clients during booking, such as property access instructions, gate codes, vacancy status, etc.
Step-by-Step: Add a Custom Question
Access the Order Form Editor
Go to Order Forms from the left-hand side menu.
Click Edit next to the order form you'd like to customize.
Scroll down to the Designer section
Click Launch Designer.
Using the left-hand menu, custom fields can be created within the Address Details and Scheduling sections.
Click View Custom Fields.
Add a Custom Field
Click Add a Field.
Choose the field type that works best for your question (e.g., text box, dropdown, checkbox).
Fill in the field label (your question), and any optional instructions.
Example: Create a dropdown field to ask: "Will the homeowner be present?" with options like "Yes" or "No".
Toggle Required if you want to make the question mandatory.
Click Save when done.
