The Aryeo Customer Portal offers your clients an easy way to access their listing media, customize marketing materials, and place new orders. This article explains how new clients can quickly create an account directly from your portal.
How Clients Can Create an Account
Your clients don’t need to contact you to get started, they can create an account themselves right from your Customer Portal!
Your client will first navigate to your Customer Portal.
You can share your Customer Portal with your clients using the URL link from your Customer Portal page.
On your Customer Portal, your client will click the option labeled “I do not have an account”.
They will be prompted to:
Enter their name and email address
Create a password for their account
Once submitted, their new account will be created and they’ll be automatically logged in!
Once logged in, clients can begin:
Placing new orders
Accessing past listing media
Customizing property websites and marketing materials

Q: Can clients use the same link to log in later?
A: Yes! The same Customer Portal link allows both new and returning clients to log in.
Q: What if a client forgets their password?
A: They can click the “Forgot password?” link on the portal login screen to reset it.
