What is the Customer Portal?
The Customer Portal is a powerful, easy-to-use interface for agents to manage everything related to their listing media and photography services. Through the portal, agents can:
View and download listing media
Place and manage new orders
Track appointment and order history
Access marketing tools
View leads and client interactions
Manage payment methods and social links
Listings Section
In the Listings tab:
View all past listings shared with you by your photographer.
Listings are shown with the most recent first.
Click on any listing card to view its contents or download media.
Orders Section
In the Orders tab:
Review your full order history with your photographer.
Click into any order to:
View order details
Complete payments
Download invoices
View or update appointment details
Place a New Order
Need to schedule your photographer for an upcoming listing? Here's how:
Click the Place Order button in the top left corner of the page.
Fill out the form to select services and schedule your appointment.
Submit your order. No need to leave the customer portal or make a phone call!
Managing Orders & Appointments
If an order includes an appointment:
Click into the order.
Scroll down to view:
Appointment start time
Duration
Services included
Client Rescheduling (if available)
Need to make a change? You can reschedule or cancel an appointment:
Open the order with the appointment.
Click the Reschedule button.
You'll be redirected to a scheduling page.
Choose your new date and time.
Payment Cards
To save your credit card for easier future payments:
Click on Payment Cards in the left-hand menu.
Add your card details securely.
Social Profile Links
Want your social links to appear on your property websites and marketing materials?
Go to Social Profile Links from the left-hand menu.
Add your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other relevant links.

Q: Can I download listing photos directly from the Customer Portal?
A: Yes! Just click into a listing under the Listings tab and download the media files from there.
Q: How do I update or cancel an upcoming appointment?
A: Open the order, scroll to the appointment section, and click Reschedule to make changes or cancel.
Q: Where can I find invoices for past orders?
A: In the Orders section, click into any order to view and download the invoice.
