Aryeo allows you to create and manage any number of coupons that can be saved and applied to orders as needed. These coupons can be percentage-based, or flat rates and can be assigned to any number of orders.

One Time Coupons

Now, you are able to add ad hoc % and/or flat rate coupons on the order edit page for any number of individual orders as needed.

Percentage Based Discount

Start by giving the coupon a name. Keep in mind the name will be visible to your client. Select the percentage for the type of coupon and then set the % to apply to the order. Click Add Coupon to apply the discount to the order.

Flat Rate Coupon

Start by giving the coupon a name. Keep in mind the name will be visible to your client. Select Flat Rate for the type of coupon and then set the amount to apply to the order. Click Add Coupon and apply the discount to the order.

Coupon Library

Create and manage any number of coupons that can be saved and applied to orders as needed. These coupons can be percentage-based, or flat rates and can be assigned to any number of orders. The Coupon Library can be managed by opening the Products section in the Storefront and scrolling down to the new Coupons section.

Note: Only users that have permission to access the Products page will be able to access the Coupons Section.

Once you have created a library of different coupon codes, you will see them represented in a list view here on the Coupons page. The Coupon name will be visible in the list along with the coupon description, the number of times the coupon has been redeemed along with the ability to edit the coupon name or delete it.

Note: coupon discount rates or percentages cannot be edited as that could impact previous orders that the coupon was applied to.

Adding a Coupon to an Order

Open any Order and you will see the new Add Coupon option in the Order Items options. Click this option to apply a coupon to this order.

This will give you the option to Search through the Coupon Library or Add a One-time Coupon. Type in the Coupon name and once you've located it in the list, click the Add button to apply the coupon to this order.

Once added, you'll see the Coupon reflected in the Payment Summary section below the order items. Since this Coupon has now been applied to the order, you will see the number of times redeemed increase to 1!
