Hoping to apply a discount to your customer's order? You can apply discounts on a per-order basis. This can be achieved by adding a coupon on the order page.
After an order comes into the system, you can apply a discount by clicking on “Add Coupon”.
Upon clicking this, you’ll get a side window giving you the options: “Existing Coupon” or “One off Coupon”.
You can then simply choose “Existing Coupon > Add a Coupon Name > (choose between percentage or amount) Apply the percentage or amount > click on Apply Coupon.

Once applied, that discount will be shown as part of the overall calculation!
