In use cases where you may receive a new client order via text or email and typically require payment or deposit upfront to confirm the appointment, there are ways to manually collect payment on new orders taken outside of the online order form.

Every order will have an Order Confirmation email and a Status Page. The email that your customer will receive shall contain the Status Page link where they can download their invoice and make a payment.

The Status Page

This is a read-only page that includes the Order Summary. A visual representation of all the order items and appointment details included on this client's order with you. Clients will see the Order Status Page upon checking out from the online order form or if you share the link with them directly by text or email.

You may refer them to the Order Confirmation email or manually highlight the URL in the web browser, copy the URL, and paste it into an email or text, or where ever you talk to clients. When the client clicks the URL, they will be brought to the Order Status Page where they can complete payment for orders that were manually input into the Aryeo System.

Note: in order to enable payment collection on unfulfilled orders be sure to update the default payments settings in your account here.

Order Status Page Overview

The Order Summary section is an overview of the order details including the customer name and email, appointment address, and custom fields if there are any. This is also the section where the invoice can be downloaded.

The Invoice & Payments section is a breakdown of the order details, order subtotal, taxes, and fees.

If there is an outstanding balance on the order and your account settings allow for payments before order fulfillment, clients will have the option to complete payment right from this page!

The Appointment Section at the bottom includes the appointment details such as the date and time of the appointment, order items, and the Cancel or Reschedule button.
