The Aryeo Calendar makes it easy to visualize appointments across your team. Whether you're managing a single user or coordinating a multi-person operation, this tool helps you stay organized and see availability at a glance. You can also create appointments and time blocks directly from the calendar.
Calendar View
The Aryeo Calendar gives admins and owners a full picture of their team's schedule. Here's what you can do:
View by Day, Week, Month, or List: Toggle between different calendar views to suit your workflow.
Identify Team Members by Color: Each team member is assigned a unique color for quick identification.
Toggle Team Members On/Off: Show or hide specific team members' schedules with one click.
View External Calendar Events: If a user has synced their Google or Outlook calendar, external events will appear as External Events on the Aryeo Calendar.
Use Territory Filters (if applicable): If you're using the Territories feature, you can toggle individual territory views on and off to focus on appointments in a specific service area.
Creating Appointments or Time Blocks
From the calendar, you can easily schedule work or block off availability:
Click the +Create Button
Located in the top-right corner of the calendar view.
Choose What You Want to Add
Create a Time Block to reserve availability for non-client tasks (e.g., travel time, breaks).
Switch to Appointment to schedule a new appointment for a customer.
Tip: Use time blocks to avoid being double-booked or to set aside hours for internal meetings/obligations.

Q: Can I see external events from synced calendars?
A: Yes! External calendar events will appear as External Events on your Aryeo calendar once synced.
Q: Can I limit the calendar to only one territory or team member?
A: Yes. Use the toggles on the left-hand side to filter the calendar view by territory or individual user.
Q: Do time blocks prevent clients from booking appointments?
A: Yes. Time blocks reserve availability, and clients will not see those times as available when booking.
