This article will guide you through how to view and manage your billing details, update your payment information, change your subscription, and access your past invoices.
How to Access Your Billing Settings
Navigate to Settings, under More in the left-hand navigation menu.
Scroll down to the Billing and Payment Settings section.
Click on Billing.
Update Payment Details
These details will appear on your monthly invoices and your billing address will be used to determine any applicable sales tax on your Aryeo subscription.
On the Billing page, go to the Payment Details section.
Enter your Organization Name
Enter your Organization Email
Enter your Billing Address
Click Update Payment Details to save
Note: There are location-specific requirements, listed below.
Australia: Customers in Australia will also need to provide their ABN and declare that their business is registered.
Canada: Customers in Canada will also need to provide their GST/HST number.
How To Change Your Subscription Plan:
On the Billing page, scroll down to Subscriptions and Add-ons.
Under the Your Core Plan section, click Change Plan.
Click Choose Plan next to your desired subscription.
Note: If you are on an Enterprise plan, you will need to reach out to Aryeo Support ([email protected]) and they can assist you with changing your subscription.
How To Add Add-ons to your Subscription:
On the Billing page, scroll down to Available Add-Ons.
Click Add to Subscription next to any feature you'd like to include on your subscription and begin using.
To add a Branded Mobile App or additional team members, you will need to reach out to the Aryeo Support Team ([email protected]) and they can assist you!
View Feature Usage
See a real-time overview of all Aryeo features available to your account and your current usage status.
On the Billing page, scroll down to Feature Usage.
Review your available features and their status, either Enabled or Off.
Hover over the progress bar for Max Listings Annual Rate to view the number of listings you’ve delivered in the last 365 days.
Hover over the progress bar for Max Users to view how many users you’ve added to your account.
Update Payment Method
Navigate to the Billing page, scroll down to Payment Methods.
Click Add Payment Method.
Enter your payment information.
Follow the on-screen prompts to save your payment method.
View & Download Past Invoices
On the Billing page, scroll down to Past Invoices.
Click Download next to any invoice to download as a PDF.

Q: Can I update my billing address without changing my current subscription?
A: Yes, updating your billing address will only affect any applicable sales tax calculations on your current subscription and the address shown on your Aryeo subscription invoices.
Q: How do I know which add-ons are active on my account?
A: Active add-ons are listed under the Subscriptions and Add-ons section in your Billing page.
