Overview
Aryeo's internal notes feature helps your team stay informed by keeping important details about customers, orders, and listings in one place. These notes are private to your team and are not visible to your clients—making them perfect for reminders, special instructions, or collaboration across your staff.
Different Types of Internal Notes
There are three different forms of internal notes that can be created in Aryeo.
Internal Notes: These are notes that can be found within an individual listing to communicate additional information about the property, the appointment, or the order with your team.
Customer Notes: These are notes that can be associated with an individual customer to communicate information about media and appointment preferences, preferred forms of communication, or anything else that is helpful for you and your team to easily see when working with a customer.
Customer Team Notes: Similar to Customer Notes, these notes can be applied to a Customer Team as a whole.
Where You Can Add and View Internal Notes
You can add internal notes to the following areas:
Listing Page
Customer Profile Page
Customer Team Page
Adding Internal Notes on the Listing Page
All three forms of Internal Notes can be viewed and updated within an individual listing page.
Navigate to a listing in your account where you would like to view or add an internal note.
On the right hand side of the listing page, you will be able to see specific boxes for both Internal Customer Notes and Internal Notes.
Internal Customer and Customer Team Notes
To update Customer or Customer Team notes, select Edit next to the customer’s name.
Select whether you would like to add or edit a Customer note or a Team note
Use the text box and provided formatting options to create a new note and click Save when you are finished.
Internal Customer Notes can also be viewed and managed by clicking the drop down next to the Customer name at the top of the listing.
Once expanded, select Edit Customer at the bottom of the window
Add or update the customer note using the text box and provided formatting options and click Update to save the changes.
Adding Internal Customer Notes to Customer Profiles
Navigate to the Customers page using the menu on the left side of the screen.
Click Edit next to the customer of your choosing.
On the Details tab, click to expand the Internal Customer Notes section
Add or update your note and click Update Internal Customer Notes to save the changes.
Adding Internal Customer Team Notes to Customer Teams
Navigate to the Customers page using the menu on the left side of the screen.
Select the Customer Teams tab.
Click on a Customer Team of your choosing or use the three dot icon on the right side of the page and click Edit to open the Customer Team.
Within the Details & Notifications tab, click to expand the Internal Team Note section.
Add or update your note and click Update Team Note to save the changes.

Q: Are internal notes visible to clients?
A: No, all forms of internal notes are private and can only be seen by members of your team.
Q: Can multiple team members add and edit notes?
A: Yes, any team member with access to the order, listing, or customer profile can add or update notes.
