Overview
Aryeo's internal notes feature helps your team stay informed by keeping important details about customers, orders, and listings in one place. These notes are private to your team and are not visible to your clients—making them perfect for reminders, special instructions, or collaboration across your staff.
Where You Can Add and View Internal Notes
You can add internal notes to the following areas:
Order Page
Customer Profile and Customer Team
Listing Page
These notes are always accessible to your team and can be edited at any time.
Adding Notes on the Order Page
Go to Orders, under the General section.
Select the order you'd like to add a note to.
Scroll to the Internal Note section.
Enter your note, then click Save Notes.
Adding Notes to Customer Profiles
Go to Customers from your Dashboard.
Find and click Edit next to the customer.
Scroll to the Internal Customer Notes section.
Add your note and click Update Internal Customer Notes.
Viewing Notes on the Listing Page
You can also view internal notes from the listing page:
A purple text box will appear if a team member has added a note to a customer.
Click Edit Notes to view or update the information.

A: No, internal notes are private and can only be seen by members of your team.
Q: Can multiple team members add and edit notes?
A: Yes, any team member with access to the order, listing, or customer profile can add or update notes.
