To reschedule the appointment, kindly click on the “reschedule” button on your Order Edit Page.

Once you click that, this box will populate, and you have two ways on how you can reschedule your appointment.

Availability Picker:

In this new feature, we will automatically process the schedule depending on your Order Form Availability Settings.

It means the system will take into consideration the photographer's availability, territory, and product that they provide service. This helps you save time in checking the team’s calendar and schedule!

In this sample, you can see the names of the Photographer as the Order Form setting is via Date and Time Picker and Customer Choice.

After choosing the provider, and date and clicking the time, this box below should show.

It reflects all the information about the changes to be made before submitting the rescheduling of the appointment, and if you wish to notify the customer of the change as well.

Click the Reschedule Appointment button and it should be good to go!

Manual Choice:

For this feature, it gives you the flexibility to manually choose and reschedule your appointment depending on your availability or your client’s preferred date.

Note: This option overrides the team’s availability or current appointment thus checking the Calendar is recommended to avoid conflict of events.

Simply have to manually input all the details necessary before clicking the Reschedule Appointment button.

Additionally, you also have the option to allow or let the clients process the rescheduling themselves.

Just under the Appointment Details Box, you can copy the link and send it to your client!

Once they access the link, it will direct them to their customer portal, and be asked to log in. After logging in, they should be able to see the Rescheduling Page right away.

At this point, it will be the same rules that will apply (based on the Order Forms setting).

However, for rescheduling permission, it will depend on your Rescheduling Appointment Settings as this is for the client’s access.

For example, if the client received the link the day of the appointment, they can still reschedule depending on the Company’s Rescheduling Appointment Settings.

Note:

This link will direct agents to the Rescheduling Page and will need to log in. Therefore if an agent doesn’t have a customer portal account, providing this link is not recommended, and the alternative would be to reschedule via the admin or photographer.
