We are pleased to announce the release of a highly requested feature: Tipping!

Tipping is a great way to increase your revenue and allow your customers to reward you for the services you're providing.

Checkout Flow

Tipping is optional, but when enabled, your customers can add a tip when making a payment via the checkout flow:

The preset tip options are for 10%, 15%, and 20%, however your customers are able to enter any amount they choose in the tip amount field.

Enabling Tip Collection

To allow tips, you can enable tip collection via the payment settings page:

Viewing Tips After Payment

After a payment is completed, if a tip was added, a new "$" icon will be visible alongside the applied amount for that payment. Click on this icon to view the tip!

You can also go into your orders and export those that are paid and there is an extra column for tips, so you can see a full list there as well, as shown below:
