Overview
This article explains the four different options for automatic user assignment for Aryeo order forms. These options help automate the scheduling process by assigning the best team member to each new appointment based on your preferred logic. This feature is specific to each order form, so a different assignment strategy can be selected for each order form in your account.

Automatic User Assignment Options
On each of your order forms, you can select one of the following four strategies for automatic user assignment:
1. Aryeo Recommended
Aryeo will automatically assign appointments based on multiple factors, including:
Distance to the appointment location
Round-robin fairness
Business hours and availability
Products or services the photographer offers
This is a great all-purpose option if you want the system to choose the best match intelligently.
2. Closest Team Member
This option assigns the photographer who is physically closest to the appointment address. Itโs ideal if minimizing travel time is your top priority.
3. Round Robin
Appointments are assigned to photographers in a rotating order, helping distribute bookings evenly and fairly across your team.
4. Priority List
Photographers are assigned based on a custom priority ranking that you define. In order to use this feature, go first to the Assignment Priority section (located on the Availability page) and arrange your photographers in order of their priority for appointments (Highest priority on top, least priority on the bottom). Only available photographers who meet the appointment requirements will be considered, based on their priority order.

Q: Can I change the team member assignment after an appointment is created?
A: Yes, on the Order page you can manually reassign a different team member to the appointment.
