Below is a breakdown of what each automatic assignment means - please note that this feature is meant to be used to automate scheduling appointments so you will want to be sure to choose Automatic user assignment to appointments first.

Aryeo Recommended: When choosing this option, Aryeo will take into account multiple factors such as distance, round robin, business hours, what products the photographer services, etc.

​Closest Team Member: This option will make sure the photographer that's closest to the booking address, will be assigned to this booking.

​Round Robin: This option will allow for all photographers to receive bookings evenly and fairly.

Priority List: This option will give the photographer with the highest priority, that is also available to service the appointment, the booking. (If you choose this, please be sure to go to the Assignment Priority section to put the photographers in the order you prefer)
