This article explains the four different automatic user assignment settings available on each Aryeo order form. These options help automate the scheduling process by assigning appointments to the right team members based on your preferred logic.
Automatic User Assignment Options
On each of your order forms, you can select one of four automatic user assignment settings:
Aryeo Recommended
Aryeo will automatically assign appointments based on multiple factors, including:
Distance to the appointment location
Round-robin fairness
Business hours and availability
Products or services the photographer offers
This is a great all-purpose option if you want the system to choose the best match intelligently.
Closest Team Member
This option assigns the photographer who is physically closest to the booking address. It’s ideal if minimizing travel time is your top priority.
Round Robin
Appointments are assigned to photographers in a rotating order, helping distribute bookings evenly and fairly across your team.
Priority List
Photographers are assigned based on a custom priority ranking that you define.
To use this feature, go to the Assignment Priority section in your settings and arrange your photographers in the preferred order.
Only available photographers who meet the appointment requirements will be considered.

Q: Can I change the team member assignment after an appointment is created?
A: Yes, you can manually reassign the team member to an appointment after it is created from the order page.
