This article will show you how to display certain add-ons only when specific main products are selected on your order forms. Aryeo makes it easy to tie add-on products to specific main products so your order forms stay relevant, organized, and tailored to your offerings.


How to Tie Add-Ons to Specific Main Products

Step 1: Set Up Your Products

You can manage and add main products and add-ons in the Products section.

  • First, ensure your main products (e.g., Twilight Photography, Photo Package, etc.) are created and visible in your order form.

  • Second, create your add-ons (e.g., Twilight Editing, Virtual Staging, etc.).

Step 2: Edit the Add-On Settings

  1. Go to your Add-Ons and click Edit on the add-on you want to tie to a specific main product.

  2. Scroll down to the Current Products section.

  3. Select the option named Display for specific main products only.

Step 3: Assign the Add-On to Specific Products

  1. A list of your main products will appear under the Order Form Assignment section.

  2. Select the checkbox for each main product where you want this add-on to appear when clients order that product.

  3. Click Update Current Products to save.


How It Works on the Order Form

Now, when a client visits your order form:

  • They’ll only see the add-ons associated with the main product they select.

  • This keeps the order process clean and ensures clients only choose relevant add-ons.

Q: Can I still have add-ons that always show, no matter the product?

A: Yes! Just leave "Always Display Addon" toggled on for any add-on you want to always be visible.

Q: Can I assign the same add-on to multiple products?

A: Absolutely. You can check multiple products when editing the add-on.

Q: Will this update all order forms automatically?

A: Yes! Once saved, the add-on settings will apply to any order form that uses the designated main products and add-ons.
