Aryeo's Automatic User Assignment feature helps automate appointment scheduling by assigning team members based on your preferred strategy. This ensures the right team member is assigned to each job with minimal manual effort. This feature is specific to each order form, so a different assignment strategy can be selected for each order form in your account.
Available Assignment Strategies
Aryeo Recommended:
Aryeo assigns appointments by evaluating multiple factors, including:
Distance to the appointment
Round-robin distribution
Team member business hours and availability
Which products/services a photographer can fulfill
This is the most balanced and flexible option, ideal for teams looking for optimized scheduling.
Closest Team Member:
Assigns the appointment to the team member physically closest to the booking address.
Best for minimizing travel time and mileage.
Round Robin:
Distributes appointments evenly and fairly among available team members in rotation.
Ideal for teams who want to balance workload across all users.
Priority List:
Assigns appointments to the highest-priority team member who is available and qualified.
Great if you have a go-to photographer or a preferred order of assignment.
Note: To use this option, you’ll need to configure the Assignment Priority order for your team. Go to Availability > Assignment Priority and rank your team members accordingly.

Q: Can I override the automatic assignment?
A: Yes. You can manually reassign appointments at any time, even if automatic assignment is enabled.
Q: What happens if no one meets the criteria for an appointment?
A: If no eligible team member is available, the appointment will remain unassigned and may need manual attention.
