Want to provide a more personalized experience for your vacation rental or commercial clients? This article shows you how to create a separate order form with specific products and pricing tailored to their needs, and how to share it on your website.
Why Use a Separate Order Form?
Vacation rental and commercial clients often require different media packages, pricing, or services compared to traditional/residential real estate. By creating a dedicated order form, you can:
Customize available products and pricing
Streamline the booking process for these clients
Keep your main order form clean and focused on traditional listings
Create a Custom Order Form for Vacation Rentals / Commercial
Create a New Product Category
Follow the steps in the Product Categories Article to create a new product category named, for example, “Vacation Rentals” or “Commercial”.
This will help you organize and filter products specific to this client type.
Create a New Order Form
Go to the Order Forms section.
Click Create New Order Form and name it something like “Vacation Rentals” or "Commercial".
Assign the Correct Product Category
Click Edit on the new order form.
Scroll down to the Categories section
Check the box next to “Restrict order form to display specific product category(s)”.
Select the category(s) you created earlier.
Click Update Categories to save your changes.
Add Products Specifics
Create or update your products that are specifically for vacation rentals and/or commercial appointments. You can duplicate existing products to quickly create new products and customize them.
Assign these products to the new product category for vacation rentals or commercial orders.
Embed / Link Your Order Forms on your Website
In the left-hand navigation, click on Order Forms.
Click on the Embed Settings tab.
Click to copy the Embed URL provided on the page. This URL is optimized to adjust automatically to the height and width of any website platform, ensuring your form always looks great.
Once you have copied the embed code, add the embed code to your website. You can also add a link to the Order Page URL to your website.
