This article will show you how to quickly duplicate products. Duplicating a product is a time-saving way to create a new version of an existing product. This is especially helpful when:
You offer the same service across different order forms (e.g., Residential vs. Commercial)
You need to apply different pricing for different customer segments
You want to keep product details consistent while changing only a few settings
How to Duplicate a Product
Go to the Products page.
Find the product you want to duplicate and click Edit.
Click the Duplicate Product button in the top right corner.
Once clicked, the system will:
Refresh the page to show the new duplicated product.
Add the word “Copy” to the product title (you can rename it as needed).
FAQ
Q: Does duplicating a product copy everything?
A: Yes. All product settings (title, description, filters, pricing, add-ons, etc.) will be duplicated, except for the product filter—which cannot be changed after duplication.
Q: Can I change the product type (Main vs. Add-on) on a duplicate?
A:No. The product type remains the same. To create a product with a different type, you will need to create a new product.
Q: What should I do after duplicating a product?
A: Edit the duplicated product’s title, price, and any other details that need to be updated before publishing it.
