Online Order Forms makes it super easy for clients to book services with your business. Aryeo has a great customizable order form available to use for online ordering. However, if you prefer to use an external Order Form (like Acuity for example) to collect new orders you can easily set that up too!

Start by heading to the Order Forms section on the left navigation menu > click on Create New Order Form.

Upon clicking the Create New Order Form button, it should take you to this page:

As you can see, this now allows you to enter a name for your order form, type is defaulted to External Order Form, and you may simply enter the order form URL in the box provided. You can also choose here if you want this to be visible to all of your customers or not. Once done, click on Add External Form and you’re all set! 🙂

When your client logs into their portal and clicks the Place Order button, the external order form will be presented right in the portal window making it super easy for clients to place a new order with your business! 😍
