Zapier is an incredibly powerful tool that will open many doors for our customers and partners. With Aryeo's Zapier Integration, you can connect other applications like Monday.com, ClickUp, Acuity, MailChimp, and HubSpot, among other tools you use to power your business. Start Orders with Appointments from your favorite calendar provider and/or send new Customer information to other apps for further processing.
Getting Started:
To use Zapier to connect Aryeo with other applications, start by heading to the Aryeo App Store and clicking on the Zapier tile under Automation. Click on Connect Zapier, and then copy the generated Zapier token that will be used to sync with your Aryeo account, and then click on Confirm & Close.
Note: If you need to regenerate a new Zapier token, you can do this by disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.
Sign into your Zapier account on a new tab to begin creating a Zap to connect Aryeo with other business applications.
You can also sign in through the Aryeo Integrations page on Zapier, where you can pick an app to pair with.
You can also quickly automate Aryeo integrations with Zapier's templates.
Or use the supported triggers and actions that allow you to create Zaps, where a trigger is an event that starts a Zap, and an action is an event a Zap performs.
The token generated in Aryeo will be used when you set up your first Zap.
Let's walk through a few examples of Actions and Triggers we are kicking off with below.
Aryeo + Zapier Actions:
The first type of integration possible with Zapier is inbound actions. For example, if you use a system like Acuity for scheduling, using Zapier, you can connect your Acuity and Aryeo accounts so that when you receive a new order in Acuity, it creates a new order in your Aryeo account. This allows you to continue using other systems that work well for your business and still be able to utilize the power of Aryeo.

However, it doesn't stop there for Zapier. Not only are inbound actions possible, but you can also take advantage of outbound Triggers. An example of an outbound trigger would be if you used a system like Mailchimp for emailing all of your customers; you can connect your Mailchimp and Aryeo accounts so that every time a New Customer is created in Aryeo, they are automatically added to your Mailchimp account.
