Overview
Aryeo’s Zapier Integration lets you connect your account with thousands of popular business apps, including Acuity, Mailchimp, Dropbox, Monday.com, ClickUp, Google Calendar, HubSpot, and more! You can automate repetitive tasks and streamline your operations. Whether you're syncing customer data, creating orders from external bookings, or sending appointment updates, Zapier helps power your workflows with ease.
How to Enable Zapier Integration
Go to the Aryeo App Store.
Scroll down and click on the Zapier tile, located under the Automation section.
Click Connect Zapier.
Copy the generated Zapier token that will be used to integrate your Zapier account with your Aryeo account.
Click Confirm & Close.
Note: If you need to regenerate a new Zapier token, you can do this by disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.
Sign into your Zapier account in a new tab in your web browser to begin creating Zaps to connect Aryeo with other business applications and tools.
You can also sign in through the Aryeo Integrations page on Zapier, where you can pick an app to pair with.
The token generated in Aryeo will be used when you set up your first Zap inside Zapier.

You can use the supported triggers and actions inside Zapier to create your own Zaps with Aryeo:
A trigger is an event that starts a Zap.
An action is an event a Zap performs.
Setup Zapier Actions
The first type of integration possible with Zapier is inbound actions. For example, if you use a system like Acuity for scheduling, you can connect your Acuity and Aryeo accounts using Zapier so that when you receive a new order in Acuity, it creates a new order in your Aryeo account. This allows you to streamline your favorite business tools with Aryeo.

You can also set up outbound actions using triggers. As an example, you can connect Mailchimp and your Aryeo account so that every time a New Customer is created in Aryeo, they will automatically be added to your Mailchimp account.
