This article will show you how to configure any product as a Twilight Product. Twilight products are scheduled to occur just before sunset, allowing you to offer specialized services like twilight photography and videography at the ideal time of day.
What Is a Twilight Product?
A Twilight Product is a service that automatically schedules appointments to occur shortly before sunset, based on the product's set duration. This ensures the appointment is timed perfectly to capture golden-hour or twilight conditions.
How Twilight Scheduling Works
When Twilight is enabled, customers will only see one available time slot when scheduling this product.
The appointment will automatically be scheduled to start X minutes before sunset, where X equals the duration of the product.
For example: If the product duration is 45 minutes and sunset is at 7:30 PM, the appointment will be scheduled for 6:45 PM.
How to Make a Product a Twilight Product
You can edit any existing product to configure it as a twilight-specific service. Here's how:
Go to Products and click Edit on the product you want to update.
Scroll to the Product Pricing and Serviceable Details section.
Check the box for Twilight Product.
If you’d like the Twilight Product to be scheduled as a standalone appointment, check the Separate Booking option.
When enabled, the system will treat this twilight service as an individual booking.
If not enabled, the service will be bundled with other products in a single appointment (all scheduled before sunset).
Note: You must set up Twilight Availability in your account in order for the functionality of Twilight Products to be used for scheduling appointments.

A: Yes, as long as it is a serviceable product that requires an appointment.
Q: Can I bundle twilight services with other products?
A: Yes, but only if the Require Separate Booking option is left unchecked. Otherwise, the twilight appointment will be scheduled on its own.
Q: How is sunset time calculated?
A: Aryeo automatically calculates the sunset time based on the date and the property’s location.
