Overview
This article explains how to set up a Pricing Plan to customize product prices and product visibility for any individual customers or customer teams. This allows you to tailor products, pricing, and discounts for VIP customers, specific brokerages, etc.
How to Create Pricing Plans
Navigate to your Products page, using the left hand side menu.
Click on Pricing Plans.
Click on the โ+ Create Planโ button.
Enter a Name for your pricing plan (Description is optional).
Set Override Prices
Override prices allow you to set custom prices for your main products and add-on products. Any customers or customer teams that you assign to this pricing plan will automatically see the override prices on your order forms instead of the default pricing.
How to Set an Override Price:
Click on the Pricing Table section.
Locate the main product or add-on. You can use the search field to find products by name or filter by product type.
Enter a new price in the Override Price field.
You can click the visibility icon (eye with slash) to hide the product from displaying to customers assigned to this plan.
(Optional) You can check the box next to Display Original Price if you would like customers to see the original price alongside the override price.
Click Update Pricing Table to save changes.
๐กTip: For products that donโt need an override price, simply leave the override field blank. The default price will then remain the same.
Apply Automatic Coupon
You can apply a coupon automatically to the orders of any customers that are assigned to this pricing plan.
To Set or Change the Coupon Automatically Applied:
Click on the Automatic Coupon Application section.
Search for an existing coupon using the Pricing Plan Coupon search field.
If you need to create a new coupon to apply, follow the steps first in our Coupon Support Article. Then return to the pricing plan.
Select an existing coupon to apply.
Click Update Automatic Coupon Code to save.
Apply to Customer Teams
You can apply the pricing plan to all members of a customer team:
Open the Apply to Customer Teams section.
Click the +Assign teams button.
Select one or more customer teams.
Click the Update button to save.
Apply to Customers
You can apply the pricing plan to specific customers:
Open the Apply to Customers section.
Click the +Assign customers button.
Select one or more customers.
Click the Update button to save.
๐ Important Note: If a customer has been assigned to both a customer team pricing plan and an individual customer pricing plan, the individual customer pricing plan overrides the customer team plan.

VIP Customers: Assign discounted pricing to individual customers.
Brokerage Pricing: Assign discounted pricing to customer teams.
Seasonal Promotions: Use automatic coupons for limited-time deals.
Exclusive Offerings: Hide products from displaying to specific customers.
FAQ
Q: What happens if a customer is assigned to one pricing plan, but also belongs to a customer team that is assigned a different pricing plan?
A: The pricing plan that is assigned to the individual customer will override the pricing plan assigned to the customer team.
Q: How do I return a product to its default price?
A: Click the reset/revert icon next to the product in the Pricing Table.
