A quick guide on embedding your listing page directly on your photography website!

With Aryeo, much like your order forms, all of your listings can be embedded directly onto your photography website, but only as a single page. This is an additional marketing feature that you can use to showcase your customers’ property listings and more of your data with easy-to-use website embeds.

These embeds are perfect for WordPress or other websites. Once a property is added in Aryeo and marked as 'Coming Soon', the property automatically appears on your company’s website. The plugin automatically stays in sync as a listing's status changes or its data is updated.

Before you can embed your listing page to your website, you will need to create a new embed by following the steps below:

1. Login to your account and go to the App Store.

2. Click on Add your first embed → or + New Embed.

3. Set the embed name (for internal use only to allow you to identify your embed).

4. Configure the following settings:

a) Settings (enable/display the toolbar)

b) Toolbar settings (Filters: # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms, and Property Price.)

c) Property Status Settings (Filter by property status) - You can filter and display specific properties based on their status. You can choose to showcase All Properties, Coming Soon listings, properties For Sale, Sold properties, or those that are Pending Sale.

5. To categorize the listings, access the specific listing you want to categorize and navigate to the "Property Details" section.

6. Within the "Property Status" field, click on the drop-down list box.

You will see a range of options available for categorizing the listing, such as "Coming Soon," "For Sale," "Sold," "Pending Sale," or other relevant categories.

Note:
Ensure that you specify a property status field to guarantee accurate display on your website. If the property status is set to "draft," it will not be reflected on the website.

7. Select the appropriate status from the drop-down list that best represents the current state of the property.
