Introduction
We are so excited for you as you onboard into Aryeo! Follow along with this article to find and connect your “Book Now” and “Login” buttons to your own website to allow your agents to book orders online and login to your customer portal.
The "Book Now" button is the primary way your agents will create new online orders. It is directly connected to your order forms and is similar to a shopping cart.
The "Login" button is the primary way your agents will access historical orders and listings. It is directly connected to your customer portal and is similar to an "Order History", allowing agents to find, pay for, and download their past listings that you delivered using Aryeo.
"Book Now" Button
Aryeo offers two ways to connect your online order forms to your website:
Embed Your Order Form: Use the provided Order Form Embed Code to embed your Order Forms to your website. (Recommended)
This embed code is dynamic, showing all of your publicly available order forms on a landing page. Check out our example embedded order form here.
Hyperlink Your Order Form: Use the provided hyperlink to connect your Order Form to your website via a button.
Once your "Book Now" button is connected to your website, agents will be able to submit online orders through your order form.
If you have not yet set up your product lists or your order forms, please complete these steps first.
"Login" Button
To connect your customer portal to your website, create a Login button on your website that connects to your Customer Portal Link.
Once your "Login" button is connected to your website, agents will be able to submit online orders through your order form.
