Overview
This article explains how to invite team members to your Team. It also shows you how to switch between team member dashboards using the Team Switcher; This is especially useful for brokerages or admin staff who manage multiple agents' media, orders, and appointments.
Inviting Team Members to Join Your Team
To give your team or administrative staff access to your listings, follow these steps:
Go to the Team page using the left-hand navigation menu.
Click the Add Team Member button in the top right corner.
Fill out the new member’s details:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone Number
(Optional) Profile photo/avatar
Click Add Team Member to send the invite.
Once invited, the new team member will appear in your team list. You can view the activation status of their invite and resend the invitation if needed.
Using the Team Switcher
After a team member has accepted your invite, and if they belong to multiple agent teams within the brokerage, they can use the Team Switcher to toggle between dashboards.
To switch between Teams:
Locate the Team Switcher at the top left of your dashboard.
Click your name or current Team name.
Select the other Team you want to switch to from the list.
This gives admin users access to the following items associated with each Team they’re part of:
Listings
Images and media
Orders
Appointments

Q: Can a team member be part of more than one Team?
A: Yes! If a team member belongs to multiple teams, they can easily switch between them using the Team Switcher.
Q: Do team members need a profile photo to join?
A: No, a profile photo is not required. They can upload one later if they wish.
Q: What if an invite wasn’t received or has expired?
A: Go back to the Team Members page to resend the invitation.
