Overview

Aryeo’s Push Notifications provide real-time alerts to your team and clients using mobile apps. This feature enhances communication and keeps everyone updated. Push notifications help ensure no update is missed by your team members using the free Aryeo Go App and your clients have downloaded your custom branded mobile app (Included with an Aryeo mobile app subscription), push notifications help ensure no update is missed.


Who Can Receive Push Notifications?

Push notifications are supported for:

  • Team members using the Aryeo Go App (free for photographers and internal staff to download)

  • Clients/agents using your custom branded mobile app (requires a separate subscription). Learn more about custom branded mobile apps here.


How to Enable Push Notifications

To turn on push notifications:

  1. Go to Settings > Notification Preferences.

  2. Enable the Push Notification toggle.


Managing Notification Preferences

Push notification settings can be managed in two places:

Aryeo Go App (for you and your team)

Team members using the Aryeo Go App can control their own notification preferences directly in the app:

  • Open the Aryeo Go App

  • Go to Settings

  • Tap Notification Preferences

  • Toggle on/off specific notification types (e.g., New Orders, Schedule Changes)

Custom Branded Mobile App (for your clients)

If you're subscribed to Aryeo’s custom branded mobile app:

  • Clients can open your branded mobile app

  • Go to Settings > Notification Preferences

  • Enable or disable the types of notifications they want to receive

This ensures your agents are alerted in real time to appointments, listing updates, and more.

Q: What is the difference between Aryeo Go and the custom branded app?

A: The Aryeo Go App is designed for internal team use (photographers, admins). The custom branded mobile app is built for your clients and branded with your company’s name, logo, etc.

Q: Do I need to do anything to enable push notifications for my clients?

A: Yes, you must be subscribed to the custom branded mobile app to offer push notifications to clients. Once subscribed, you clients can manage their Push notification preferences in the app.

Q: Are push notifications available on both iOS and Android?

A: Yes, push notifications are supported on both iOS and Android platforms through the Aryeo Go App and the custom branded mobile app.
