In the fast-paced world of customer communication, email and SMS notifications have been the trusted companions for businesses. While email and SMS notifications have proven their mettle, Aryeo's Push Notifications are the game-changer, poised to elevate the customer experience.

With Aryeo's Push Notifications, real-time alerts take center stage. This feature provides push notifications for agents utilizing the white-labeled mobile application of the respective company they belong to. This functionality is also available for creators utilizing the Aryeo Go App.

Note: This feature is only available for White Labeled Custom Mobile app and Aryeo Go App.

Enabling Push Notifications

Creators and agents can enable this feature within the Notification Preferences page account (see example below). Once the Push notifications are enabled, this will activate Push Notifications for agents who downloaded your white-labeled mobile app on their mobile devices and for your team members who use the Aryeo Go App.
