Clients can activate their portal account in a number of ways. If they are placing an order online with your business for the first time, they will be prompted to activate their account during the ordering process.
For clients who contact you directly to place an order, they will receive an account activation link when you deliver their first listing/media. When you go to "Share" the property with the client, you will see a line at the bottom of the email body that reads "If you haven't logged into your Aryeo account before, you will receive a secure account activation email with your access." They system will trigger a second email upon sharing the listing that contains an account activation link where the client can easily click the button and set their account password.

Aryeo Customer portals make it easy for your clients to register and/or login to access listing media content. Customer Portals provide a place for agents to login, access, and download listing media as well as place new orders directly within the account dashboard.
