How to Reschedule an Appointment
Photographers may allow clients to reschedule their upcoming appointments if needed. Here’s how you can do it:
Login to your customer portal and navigate to the Orders section.
Click into the specific order containing the appointment you’d like to reschedule.
On the Appointment Information Card, click the “Reschedule” button.
You’ll be redirected to a calendar page showing available time slots provided by your photographer.
Choose your preferred new date and time.
Confirm the new appointment details to finalize the reschedule.
What Happens Next?
A reschedule confirmation email will be sent to you.
This email includes an option to add the new appointment to your calendar (Google, Outlook, iCal, etc.).
