This article explains how new clients can create an account in their Customer Portal.


How Clients Can Register for the Portal

To create an account in your Customer Portal:

  1. Locate the Customer Portal Link
    If you haven't received access yet, ask your photographer for the Customer Portal link.

  2. Access the Registration Page
    Click the link to open the customer portal page in your browser and create a new account.

  3. Enter Your Details
    Fill in your name, email address, and create a password.

  4. Complete the Registration
    Submit the form to finish creating your Customer Portal account.

Q: What if I didn’t receive a registration link from my photographer?

A: Reach out to your photographer and request the link to the Customer Portal.

Q: Can I change my password later?

A: Yes, once you’ve registered and logged in, you can change your password from your account settings.

Q: Do I need to be invited, or can I register on my own?

A: You need the link to the customer portal from your photographer in order to create an account.
