Aryeo Order Invoices are available for Download as a PDF. See the button that has been added in the Order sidebar that is visible to the photographer:
When the Download / Print Invoice button is clicked, the user will be taken to a new page where they can review the order invoice information. They can choose to download or print at the top of the page from there.
The Aryeo Order Invoice can also conveniently be downloaded from the public invoice summary page and the listing download center. Orders can be easily downloaded from anywhere in the system that they can be accessed by your client to streamline business operations for you, and your clients.
Clients
Now, let's look at how your clients / listing agents can download their Order Invoice using their Customer Portal:
Log in to the customer portal
Go to the Order Page
Click on Status Page button located at the upper right corner
Click on the Download Invoice button
PDF page will be generated, click on the download icon (arrow) located at the upper right corner of the page to download this PDF file.
Save in your folders
Wait for download
