Overview:
This article will show you how you or your customers can download PDF invoices from the Listing page.
The invoice PDF contains information such as:
Invoice Number
Media Company Name and Company Email
Payment Status
Customer Details
Order Items List
Payment Information (price, subtotal, taxes, total amount, balance, etc.)
Download an Invoice
Navigate to the Listing page of the invoice that needs to be downloaded.
Within the Orders section, click Download Invoice next to the order of your choosing.
A PDF download page will open where you can choose to download to your device or print.
The Order Invoice can also be downloaded from the Status Page for each order.
From the Listing page, click on the three dot icon found to the right of the order and select Order Status Page.
Click Download Invoice on the top right corner of the Order Summary section to open the PDF download/print page.
