Overview
If you accept client orders outside of Aryeo’s online order form, such as by text, phone, or email, you can still easily collect full or partial upfront payments. This article explains how to share the Order Status Page with clients so they can view their order summary and complete payment securely.
What Is the Order Status Page?
Each order in Aryeo comes with an Order Status Page that provides clients with:
A summary of their order
Appointment details
A downloadable invoice
A payment option (if there is an outstanding balance)
Clients automatically receive a link to this page when placing an order themselves online, but you can manually share the link with them for orders you create internally on their behalf.
How to Share the Status Page for Manual Orders
If you manually entered an order and need to collect payment:
Open the order page in your Aryeo dashboard.
Click the dropdown arrow in the top right corner and select View Status Page.
In your browser, copy the URL of the Order Status Page.
Share the URL link with your client by email, text, or however you normally communicate with them. Your client can then click the link to view their Order Summary and pay for the order directly.
Alternatively, you can direct them to the Order Confirmation email, which also includes a link to the Status Page.
Enable Necessary Payment Settings
To allow clients to pay before the order is fulfilled, ensure the necessary settings are enabled:
Go to Settings > Payments
Ensure that the box is checked for Allow Payments Before Orders Are Fulfilled.
Ensure that the box is checked for Accept Customers Payments via Aryeo

Q: Can clients pay from the Order Status Page for manually created orders?
A: Yes! As long as the setting is enabled for payments before fulfillment, the client can pay an outstanding balance directly from the order status page.
Q: Do I need to send an invoice separately?
A: No, clients can download the invoice themselves from the Order Status Page.
Q: Will clients automatically receive the link to the Status Page if I create the order manually?
A: They will receive it if the Order Confirmation notification email is enabled under Settings > Notifications. You can also share the link to the Status Page manually.
