We're excited to offer customizable email templates for listing deliveries, order confirmations, and appointment confirmations! 🎉 Open the Aryeo Account Settings > Notification Settings to edit email templates.


General Email Preferences

Update your general email preferences like sending name and email here. These preferences will apply to all of your emails. Reach out to our support team to configure your custom email sender signature.

Listing Delivery Email

Update your listing delivery email template to your liking. Users can set their own custom sending name for listing delivery emails. This is similar to the domain white label service we support for property websites.

To preview the updates made to the listing delivery email template open any listing and press the share button.

Address Clients by First Name

Be default, the system will address your clients by first and last name. To update the template to address customers by first name only, follow the steps below.

Use the following variables to address customers by first name only:

Hello {{ customer.first_name }}{% if co_customer %} and {{ co_customer.full_name }}{% endif %},

Once the new code has been entered be sure to save the changes made by clicking the Update Listing Delivery Email button.

Order Placed Email Template

Update your order confirmation email template that will be sent to your team when an order is placed. This is the email that gets sent to your group when clients place a new order with your business or when an order + appointment is created manually and a team member is assigned to the appointment. Update your order placed email template that will be sent to your customer when they place an order. This is the email that gets sent to your client when they a place a new order with your business or when you place an order for them. See a list of available variables here. Appointment Scheduled

Update your appointment scheduled email template that will be sent to your customer when an appointment has been scheduled. See a list of available variables here. This is a great email template to add a home prep guide to if you have one! The link can be added to the email confirmation template so clients can click it to view or download the PDF by simply clicking on it 🙌 Learn more here.

Here's an example of the email your client will receive upon confirming the appointment:

Appointment confirmation emails conveniently provide clients the option to add confirmed appointments to their calendar. Clicking the iCal, Google, or Outlook option will open the calendar and allow your client to easily save the event details.

Appointment Rescheduled

Update your appointment rescheduled email template that will be sent to your customer when an appointment has been rescheduled. See a list of available variables here.
