Overview
This article will show you how to customize the email templates for notifications that are emailed to your customers, including listing deliveries, order confirmations, and appointment confirmations! You can also customize the email templates for notifications that are emailed to your internal team members.
How to Access and Customize Email Templates
Navigate to Notifications, under Settings.
You will see two sections to review and choose from:
Notifications sent to your customers
Notifications sent to your team
Click the Edit button next to the notification email you'd like to update.
Select the Email Template tab at the top of the page.
You can then edit and customize the following fields:
(Optional) You can add or remove email template variables to automatically include information in the email body. Learn more about email template variables.
Click the Update Template button to save your changes when finished.
Preview Email Template
After customizing and updating your template, you can scroll down to the Preview section to see an example of how the email will appear.
