Appointments can be created on any Aryeo Order. Start by visiting your Orders tab from the sidebar. The Orders page has an "Appointments" column for users to easily view appointments that have been, or haven't been, scheduled on an order.

The column will show all appointments on the order. Here are the various statuses:

  • Unscheduled - this appointment needs to be scheduled/confirmed

  • Purple Date - this is an upcoming appointment

  • Gray Date - this was a past appointment

From here, either create a new order or open an existing order. Scroll down below the order details and select Add New Appointment to create the new appointment.

Input the date and time of the appointment and then set the time duration. Adding team members to the appointment ensures they receive the notification and gives them the ability to reschedule or cancel the appointment if needed. Keep the box checked to send an email notification to the customer and a copy to yourself.

Click the Schedule button and the appointment will be scheduled. The client and the assigned team member will get an email notification that the appointment has been scheduled. If there is only one team member for the group, that user will be auto-assigned to the appointments 👍

Note: A team member must be assigned to the appointment in order for it to sync with your connected calendar.
