How to add Custom Fields to the Order Form

Want to add a custom question to your Order Forms?
This lesson will show you how to use the "View Custom Fields" tool in the Order Form Editor to seamlessly integrate your question. Adding a custom field can be done through Step 1 of your order form, which is the Address section. It can be added either upon creating your order form or through editing an already existing order form.

Either Creating or Editing an order form, Custom field questions can be added by selecting the “Launch Designer” button from the Designer section of the order form Edit Page:

Once you click the “Launch Designer” button, you will be redirected to the 1st step of the ordering process which is the address section. The left panel of your screen will now show the “Steps” section.

You will then have to click the forward arrow that corresponds to “Step1: Address Details” and then click the “View Custom Fields” option to add a new custom field:

Simply hit save once done with your custom field details.
