This article will walk you through how to create and customize beautiful, branded marketing materials for your listings using Aryeo's Marketing Center. With drag-and-drop tools and automatic listing integration, you can design and customize assets quickly and easily.
What Is the Marketing Center?
The Marketing Center is an all-in-one tool for creating:
Flyers
Postcards
Social Media posts
Stories
A wide variety of professionally designed and customizable templates are available to help you promote your listings with ease!
How to Create Marketing Materials
Step 1: Choose Your Material Type
Inside your account, go to the Listings page and click on a listing you would like to create marketing materials for.
Scroll down to the Marketing Materials section of the listing and click Create.
You will then see the Marketing Center appear on your screen. Select the type of marketing material you’d like to create:
Flyers
Postcards
Social Media
Stories
My Templates
Step 2: Select a Template
Browse the available templates for your chosen material type.
Click on a template and it will auto direct you to the Marketing Materials Builder.
Tip: Templates are fully customizable, so pick one that closely matches your vision, and make changes as needed.
Step 3: Customize in the Builder
Once you're in the Builder, you can:
Choose a different template if needed
Drag and drop elements such as:
Images
Text areas
Icons
Shapes
Change font styles, sizes, and colors
Resize or reposition images & other elements
Tip: Listing information is automatically pulled in from the Listing page under the Property Details and Status section, so you don’t need to copy and paste details manually to save time!

Q: Do I need to upload listing information separately to use the builder?
A: No, Aryeo automatically pulls in your listing data to pre-fill content fields in your templates.
Q: Can I share or download the materials I create?
A: Yes! You can easily download the materials for printing or share them digitally via email or social media.
Q: Can I collaborate with team members?
A: Yes, your team can work together on marketing materials using shared access in your Team.
