Tired of adjusting property website settings for every new listing? Aryeo allows you to save your default property website template so each new site is preloaded with your preferred theme, branding, and layout. This article walks you through how to customize those default settings in your account.
How to Access Default Property Website Settings
In your Aryeo dashboard, click on Settings in the left-hand sidebar.
Select Property Websites under the Settings menu.
Customize Website Preferences
You can set default settings for how your property websites are generated. These settings include:
Website Theme – Choose your preferred layout theme.
Hero Preferences – Set the top of your site to display either an image or slideshow.
Image Gallery Type – Select how your media is displayed (e.g., lightbox, full-screen).
Background Music – Choose whether to include music and what track to use.
Agent Website Button – Toggle visibility for a button linking to the agent’s website.
SEO Title Default Value – Customize the default title for better social sharing and search optimization.
Disclaimer Statement – Add legal or promotional disclaimers if needed.
Branding Colors and Fonts – Set your default brand colors and typography style.
Note: These are default settings only. You can still fully edit and customize each property website in the Property Website Editor after a listing is created.
Tips for Customizing Your Default Template
We recommend experimenting first by using the Property Website Editor on any of your listing pages to find out what layout and style you like best. Then you can apply those choices as your default settings for your property websites.

Q: Can I change these default settings at any time?
A: Yes, you can update your defaults whenever needed. It won’t affect existing websites, only new ones you create moving forward.
Q: Will these settings override changes I make in the Property Website Builder?
A: No. Defaults apply only when the website is first generated. You or your clients can still fully customize each listing individually.
