Overview
This article will show you how to add co-listing agents in Aryeo and manage how they appear on the property website and marketing materials.
How to Add a Co-Listing Agent
If the co-listing agent does not already have their own profile in your account:
Go to the Customers section of your account.
Click + Add Customer and enter the agent’s details.
Navigate to and open the listing that you want to add the co-listing agent to.
Click the Add Customer button located next to the primary agent’s name.
Search for and select the agent you'd like to add as a co-listing agent.
The checkbox to display the co-listing agent on property websites and marketing materials will be enabled by default.
If the co-listing agent should not be visible on property websites or marketing materials, uncheck the box before saving.
Marketing visibility can be updated at any time.
Click Add Customer to save.
Once added, both agents will be displayed on the Listing page as well as marketing materials.
To hide a co-listing agent from being displayed on marketing materials, simply click the drop down next to the individual agent’s name, and toggle off the Agent visible on marketing materials setting.
Important Notes
Multiple agents can be added to an individual listing but only two agents can be displayed on marketing materials and property websites.
While multiple agents can be associated with a listing, only one customer can be assigned to each order in Aryeo.

Q: Can both co-listing agents appear on the property website and marketing materials?
A: Yes, as long as both are added as customers to the listing and set to be visible on marketing materials.
Q: Can I assign two agents to one order?
A: No, only one customer can be assigned per order. However, you can create separate orders for each agent on the same listing.
