Step 1: Click ‘Select Showcase media products’
Inside the Showcase Select app in your Aryeo Pro account, click on ‘Select Showcase media products’ on the tab titled ‘Integration Setup’.
Step 2: Select main products for Showcase media
You will need to designate one or more individual main products that include both still photography and a Zillow 3D Home virtual tour & interactive floor plan that agents can order as a package. Or, you can designate a still photo product and a Zillow 3D Home virtual tour & interactive floor plan product separately, and agents will be instructed to order one of each product type on your order form.
Note: For a Showcase listing, an agent will be required to order products that include still photography and a Zillow 3D Home virtual tour & interactive floor plan that are tagged as Showcase. This ensures the agent will order all of the required media products for their Showcase listing.
Step 3: Manage and Update Order Forms
If the Showcase media products you designated are already included on an order form and you have territory awareness enabled, these order forms will automatically be added to your Showcase Select app. You can then choose to ‘View’ or ‘Remove’ any of the added order forms.
Note: If you do not have territory awareness set up for your account, you will see a warning in your account that will require you to set up territory awareness in order to get started. You will need to create territories and enable territory awareness for the order form(s) you want to use for Showcase Select. When territory awareness is enabled, only media products provided by team members that are part of the territory will be offered, and only selected team members can be assigned to an appointment. To learn how to set up territories, please follow the steps in our Territories article.
Note: If the Showcase media products you designated are not currently included on an order form, you will need to click on the button labeled ‘Update order forms’. You will then need to add Showcase media products to an existing order form, or create a new order form that includes Showcase media products. Once you have successfully completed either of these options, your order form will automatically be set up and appear under the ‘Manage Integrations’ section of your Showcase Select app.
Step 4: Complete your Showcase Select company profile
Next, click on the button labeled ‘Set up profile’.
To successfully receive the Showcase Select designation, you must set up your Showcase Select company profile. You will need to fill out and complete the profile details section. You can also add media collections that agents will be able to use to view examples of your past work. Click ‘Open preview’ to preview what your company profile will look like when agents view your profile inside the Showcase agent experience.
Note: When uploading images to the ‘Hero Image’ and ‘Media collection’ sections, photographers have experienced issues when uploading .HEIC image files using the Safari browser. We recommend uploading images files as .JPEG file types and using a different web browser.
Click the ‘Save’ button to save your additions to your company profile.
Step 6: Review Listing Delivery Email
Click 'Review email' to personalize the listing delivery email that will be sent to your customers when their media is delivered to the agent’s Showcase account.
Step 7: Go live in the Zillow Showcase agent experience
Click the 'Go Live' button to go live in the Zillow Showcase agent experience.
Fantastic! You have now successfully completed set up for Showcase Select and created your Showcase Select company profile. Agents now have the ability to (1) discover your photography company and (2) directly order media from you from their Showcase account.
