In order to fulfill a Showcase media request that you receive from an agent, you will need to view and accept the Showcase media request inside your Aryeo account. For non-Showcase media requests, click here.
Note: Photographers who have enabled Showcase Select do not need to accept Showcase media requests. Instead, they will automatically receive a new order inside their Aryeo account each time an agent orders media from their Showcase account. Learn more about Showcase Select.
Step 1: Receive Email Notification
You will receive an email notification when you have received a new Showcase media request from an agent. The email will provide you with the next steps to take, including signing in to your Aryeo account.
Step 2: Sign in to Aryeo
Sign in to your Aryeo account to view Showcase media requests that you receive from agents.
Step 3: View Media Requests
Inside your Aryeo account, click on ‘Listings’ along the left-hand side menu. You will then see a section titled ‘Media requests’. In this section, you can view pending media requests that you’ve received from agents.
Note: Photographers who have not enabled Showcase Select must handle ordering, scheduling, and payments for Showcase media requests directly with the agent. To learn more about Showcase Select, click here.
In some cases, you may see a message in the left-hand side menu to notify you that you’ve received a media request that needs to be assigned to a company. If you see this message, you will need to click ‘Manage request’ to assign the media request to the appropriate photography company.
Step 4: Accept or Decline each Media Request
You will need to click ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ on each Showcase media request.
If you click ‘Accept’ and this is the first Showcase media request you have accepted, you will need to check a box to confirm that you have reviewed the Showcase Photographer Resource Center and agree to the media license terms.
If you click ‘Decline’, you will be given the option to write a comment to the agent explaining why you are declining the Showcase media request. The agent will be notified via email that you have declined. The agent will be prompted to re-order media from their Showcase account.
