Agents who use Showcase can place media requests for their non-Showcase listings with their photographer.

Photographers will be able to view all of the media requests they receive from agents inside their Aryeo account. They will need to either accept or decline each media request. For Showcase media requests, click here.

Note: Photographers who have enabled Showcase Select do not need to accept media requests. Instead, they will automatically receive a new order inside their Aryeo account each time an agent orders media from their Showcase account. Learn more about Showcase Select.

You will receive an email when you have received a new media request from an agent. The email will provide you with the next steps and prompt you to sign in to your Aryeo account.

Sign in to your Aryeo account to view media requests that you have received from agents.

Inside your Aryeo account under ‘Listings’, you will see a section titled ‘Media requests’. In this section, you can view all of the pending media requests that you’ve received from agents.

Note: Photographers who have not enabled Showcase Select must handle ordering, scheduling, and payments for media requests directly with the agent. To learn more about Showcase Select, click here.

You will need to click ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ on each media request.

If you click ‘Decline’, you will be given the option to write a note to the agent to share any information regarding declining the media request. The agent will be notified via email that you have declined the request and will see your note. The agent will then be prompted to reorder media by selecting another media option from their account.
