Receive & Accept Non-Showcase Media Requests

Follow these steps for Non-Showcase media requests

Overview

Agents who use the Zillow Showcase platform can place media requests for their Non-Showcase listings with their photographer.

Photographers will be able to view all media requests they receive from agents inside their Aryeo account. They will need to either accept or reject each media request. For Showcase media requests, click here.

Step 1: Receive Notification Email

You will receive an email when you have received a new media request from an agent. The email will provide you with the next steps and prompt you to sign in to your Aryeo account.

Step 2: Sign in to your Aryeo account

Sign in to your Aryeo account to view media requests that you have received from agents.

Step 3: View Media Requests

Inside your Aryeo account, click on Media Requests along the left-hand side menu. You will then see a section titled ‘Pending media requests’. In this section, you can manage pending media requests that you’ve received from agents.

In some cases, you may see a message in the top left-hand side menu to notify you that you’ve received a media request that needs to be assigned to a company. If you see this message, you will need to click ‘Manage request’ to assign the media request to the appropriate photography company.

Step 4: Accept or Reject Media Requests

You will first need to click Manage on each pending Non-Showcase media request.

You will then have the option to Accept or Reject the media request.

Aryeo will attempt to match the media request to an existing listing or order in your Aryeo account. If an existing listing or order matches the address of the media request, we’ll suggest that listing and allow you to link the media request to it. You can also search for a listing yourself to connect the media request to.

If a Matching Listing Is Found:

  • You’ll see the listing suggested in the modal

  • You can click Accept to link the media request and deliver that listing’s media to the agent.

If a Matching Order is Found

  • You can click Accept and Aryeo will create a new listing for the order. You will need to deliver the new listing to your client.

  • Aryeo will search for matching orders if a matching listing can’t be found.

If you click Accept:

  • You will need to check the box to agree to the media license terms.

If you click Reject:

  • You will be given the option to write a comment to the agent explaining why you can’t complete the media request.

  • The agent will be notified via email and that you have declined. The agent will be prompted to re-order media inside their Showcase account.
