When an agent is ready to get media for their Showcase listing, they will have the option to see photographers they’ve worked with before, discover photography companies in their local market, or invite their own photographer.

Agents can directly order media inside the Showcase agent experience if their independent photographer has the Showcase Select designation. If the photographer does not have the Showcase Select designation, the agent can submit a media request to invite their photographer to capture and upload media to their listing. The agent will then need to directly handle ordering and payment for the media with their photographer, outside of the Showcase agent experience.

Note: Agents can also order media for their non-Showcase listings from their Showcase account.
